What a Goddess Wants by Stephanie Julian
Blurb:
It’s OK no one remembers Etruscan Sun goddess Tessa. But when a demon threatens her life, she must turn to mythology’s darkest warrior for protection…
Caligo of the Cimmerians has never met a woman as warm, sunny and inviting as Tessa. Their sizzling mutual attraction quickly sweeps the two of them into a love story that’s worthy of the gods…
Phew! What a list of new releases! Which book can’t you wait to get your hands on?
Personally I am dying to read Silk is for Seduction and Spectyr *g* …Oh and I love the cover of What a Goddess Wants (but that’s my cover-loving heart talking)

Caroline is a HEA loving, yarn addicted French who's desperately hoping to get a HEA of her own. If she's not reading then she can be found knitting while listening to Audiobooks or watching Tv shows. This is a tough release week! I am currently reading Chasin' Eight. I have Naamah's Blessing on my night stand. And Heartless has to be picked up at the bookstore! There just aren't enough hours in the day. On top of it all, Lydia Dare just released It Happened One Bite! I have to catch up first, but that one is on my "read it soon" list. Ugh!
This is one of the best release weeks ever! A good use of paper in my opinion :).
Oh, Heartless, what is WITH that cover. I wonder when the UK version is being released…..
Ooh I can't believe how many fantastic releases there are this week!
Caro, Silk is for Seductioon is amazing, loved it! 😀
I thought Lorraine Heath's Waking Up with a Duke was only releaseing later, in August, so I'll hunt that one down. Loved the first 2 books in the series 😀 Hey, btw, you never told me, did you read them? Liked them? 🙂 *hugs*
I got the email this morning, Kitty's Big Trouble should be available on my Nook the next time I turn it on. And I ran out and picked up Timeless early when I heard it was appearing on bookstore shelves a few days before the official release date.
But there are a few I hadn't heard of yet. The top book with Forgotten Goddesses sounds very interesting and I just read a review of Cat's Tale, so I'll probably add those to the list. 🙂
@JenB Indeed, a very busy week for releases. I plan on reading the Naamah series but not sure when. =P One day maybe 😉 Don't let the TBR-pile eat you!
@Victoria I can't agree more! I was very surprised to see so many great books coming out at the same time! Woot!
Bad for the poor trees though 😉
@Draconimoi I KNOW!! Eeeeek I wonder if the UK cover will be better. The question is…can it be worse? lol 😉
@Stella You tease!! My copy still hasn't arrived *HUGE SOB*
I still haven't read the Lorraine Heath LOL It's on my TBR-soon pile though (some have been on that list for years though.) I DO plan on reading them this year (that's a good goal, right?)
@ClothDragon I am tempted to get Kitty's Big Trouble but I'm a few books behind of the series so I should maybe wait till i'm up to date with the latest release lol. (<==sound advice I should remember more often)
*g* I can't resist pre-ordering books in the hope of getting them early *g*
This is an awesome release week! There are six books with Paul Marron on the cover (and I've bought 3 already)!
I'm also waffling about "Burn the Night" since it's the last of the series (no more Danaus!! *sob*). And the cover of "Naamah's Blessing" is just wonderful – what a great pic of Ewa da Cruz!
@Sheree Where!? Which books! Do tell coz I want to see this Paul Marron!
Wow I didn't realize it was Ewa da Cruz on the Naamah cover. O_O she's EVEYWHERE!!
Yeah I'm 3 books behind on the Jocelynn Drake series. I sure hope they get their HEA in this book though *g*
Check out the Paul Marron covers for yourself:

You do realize that Danaus is Paul Marron (on both covers that have Danaus)?
@Sheree Woooow I checked out the link and some more and I'm O_O. I didn't realize it was him on so many covers lol.
Some great books here!
Thanks for a great post.
