Kelley Armstrong has tweeted that she has finished the last Otherworld book which is entitled 13 – It will be sad to see the end of this series but who is excited for this book?
Now for upcoming books!
I was lucky enough to read A Touch of Frost by Jennifer Estep which will have a review and an interview next week! But the cover for the sequel and blurb has been posted.
Logan Quinn was trying to kill me. My Spartan classmate relentlessly pursued me, swinging his sword at me over and over again, the shining silver blade inching closer to my throat every time. A smile tugged up his lips, and his ice-blue eyes practically glowed with the thrill of battle …
I’m Gwen Frost, a second-year warrior-in-training at Mythos Academy, and I have no idea how I’m going to survive the rest of the semester. One day, I’m getting schooled in swordplay by the guy who broke my heart — the drop-dead gorgeous Logan who slays me every time. Then, an invisible archer in the Library of Antiquities decides to use me for target practice. And now, I find out that someone at the academy is really a Reaper bad guy who wants me dead. I’m afraid if I don’t learn how to live by the sword — with Logan’s help — I just might die by the sword …
This book has set my spidey senses tingling and I really like the look of this!
They should never have met.
In a glittering community in the Colorado Rockies called the Etherlin, the descendants of the ancient muses live behind a wall that separates them from the world and the dangerous creatures who crave them.
Alissa North is inspiration made flesh, so she should never have met Merrick, a deadly half-vampire enforcer, but when they do meet, the connection is instantaneous, and an illicit flirtation is born. He sends her secret gifts. She writes him secret letters.
The long-distance friendship was never supposed to go any farther. But when she is kidnapped and thrown briefly into his world, everything changes. Now Alissa realizes he’s the only person she can trust, and Merrick finds he’ll do anything to protect her, even risk his life by crossing the wall.
The second book in the Delirium trilogy – Pandemonium
Lauren Oliver captivated readers with Delirium, the first book in a thrilling dystopian trilogy in which Lena Haloway dared to fall in love with Alex and escape the cure, the government-mandated procedure that renders a person immune to the disease of love. Lena and Alex staked their lives on leaving their oppressive society, but only Lena broke free.
Pandemonium continues Lena’s gripping story. After escaping from Portland, Maine, Lena makes it to the Wilds and becomes part of an Invalid community, where she transforms herself into a warrior for the resistance. A future without Alex is unimaginable, but Lena pushes forward and fights, both for him and for a world in which love is no longer considered a disease. Swept up in a volatile mix of revolutionaries and counterinsurgents, Lena struggles to survive—and wonders if she may be falling in love again.
Full of danger, forbidden romance, and exquisite writing, Lauren Oliver’s sequel to Delirium races forward at a breathtaking pace and is sure to appeal to fans who crave the high-stakes action of The Hunger Games and the bittersweet love story of Romeo & Juliet.
We also have Elisabeth Naughton’s popular Eternal Guardian series- the 4th book, Enraptured was posted by a few days ago!

Such a bummer about Border's. I like them more than B&N.
I'm undecided about dedicated ereaders. I have a Kindle and most of the time I use it to check my emails and social media (Twitter, Facebook). However, it's way lighter than a tablet-like device like the Nook Color. I guess I'll just wait and see.
I agree its a shame about Borders and it has affected sales for a lot of print books but I think its a sign of the times.
I do think dedicated ereaders have a place. I love the fact the battery is longer than tablets. But if the Mirasol readers ever come out to play (colour E-ink) I think this can be a way to replace LCD tablets as well.
whoa.. 2 days I am not there and a whole bunch of new covers come up !! Me wants all the books, right now 😉 But well.. gotta curb a bit and wait until next month to binge on books again…
Sad to hear about Borders..
And I am still undecided on dedicated e-readers.. I do purcahse from Amazon, but read on "the kindle for pc"… and I am loathe to give Amazon 50% of every book out there , which comes through publishers.. the authors get only a royalty of the net.. and so does the publisher.. which means, they get half the royalty of what he/she gets when we purchase directly from the publisher site… which is a sad state of affairs, IMO. I just cannot imagine one "retailer" making such a bulk of the profit.. and they're made indispensable by readers' dependancy on tablets… Kind of reminds me of a tsunami….Can you see I'm confused and really split on what side to take… !!! but then, this is just my opinion..
