Head Rush by Carolyn Crane (audiobook)
In an attempt to put her unhappy past behind her, Justine Jones throws herself into nursing school and planning her wedding to Otto Sanchez, the man of her dreams. But something is off. Random details aren’tadding up…and is it her imagination, or are her friends and fiancé keeping secrets from her? And what’s with this strange sense of unease, and her odd new headaches?
Justine tries to stay upbeat as Midcity cowers under martial law, sleepwalking cannibals, and a mysterious rash of paranormal copycat violence, but her search for answers leads her into the most dangerous mindgame yet.
With the help of unlikely allies, including her paranoid dad and best frenemy Simon, Justine fights her ultimate foe…and unravels the most startling mystery of all.
This is just a small fraction of the great books being released this week. Which ones are on your wishlists?

ANGEL TOWN is definitely on my TBR list. One of my fav series!
Head Rush is out already? What am I doing here? Gotta go.
Well, definitely ECSTASY UNTAMED and NEVER LOVE A HIGHLANDER for the cover model. 😉
I'm so excited for Head Rush!!! I can't decide if I should listen to it now, or wait for the ebook or even the print version…
Ehh, none of them. None of those authors are ones I have read before and am following. I am looking forward to the new Yasmine Galenorn book, a lot!
Cover goodness! This is one way I discover new reads and new authors, seeing them lined up and choosing one that shines. At the very least I will pick it up and read the blurb and if it appeals to me, I will try the book. "If you Hear Her" by Shiloh Walker is on my want to read list.
A perfect Halloween for me would be getting books instead of treats. I wouldn't know what I am getting but when I get home I can dig into them. Just imagine!
