Hey Everyone!
Summer has finally come back after last week’s chilly and rainy days, so we try to make the most of it, by hosting daily BBQs! lol 😀 We had 4 BBQs last week and I just can’t grow tired of the grilled steaks and fresh summer salads mmm… Yesterday I made a quite exotic and unusual recipe: minty watermelon and cucumber salad. Well let me tell you not only was it delicious, but even my dad who’s not really fond of salads loved it 😀 So if you are looking for something fresh and quick, but healthy and special try it!
Before I announce who won this time, I would like to ask all of you to please use your real e-mail addresses in the comment box (not in the body of the text but under your name), noone will see it just me when I need it to …
Today we are happy to welcome back to Book Lovers Inc Melissa Bourbon Ramirez who just released a sexy romantic suspense novel, Sacrifice of Passion in Entangled Publishing’s new category romance line: Deadly Sexy. When glimpsing the blurb of this novel the first question that arises in every reader’s mind is why did Melissa include a mythical creature, the chupacabra in a contemporary romantic suspense story? Well read on to hear about her inspiration and if you comment you could even win a copy of the book!
I’ve always been fascinated by legends, and I have a natural-born love of the Mexican culture. My husband is Mexican-American, we try hard to instill the Mexican culture into our kids’ lives. When I starting writing, I wanted to bring in elements from this culture I so love being a part of (I like to say I’m Latina-by-marriage). …
Some of you may know that I wasn’t a fan of contemporary romances. Then I read Erin Nicholas‘ Bradford series and everything changed. So I dare you to read this series and not to fall for the guys and girl and Erin’s witty and sexy writing! And you are in luck because not only you can get a first taste as Erin brings the Bradford guys here for an exclusive interview, but also because you could win one of the first 3 Bradford books! So please give Erin and the boys a warm welcome!
It’s been two years since the first Bradford books were written. In those books we got to know Jessica, Ben, Sam, Danika, Sara and Mac. And Kevin and Dooley. Those two guys were a huge part of those books and yet, we didn’t get to really know them. Not like we …
Hey Everyone!
I don’t know if you have noticed (though unless you live under a rock or were too preoccupied with other books, in which case you are forgiven;-) ), but there is a new trend emerging: the historical erotic romance subgenre, which you have very correctly guessed is a combination of the 2 subgenres of historical romance and erotica. Depending on the proportions it can even become historical erotica, when the romance part is either very light or even non-existent.
I’ve enjoyed and liked the few I have read in this category: both Improper Relations by Juliana Ross and Lessons in Indiscretion by Karen Erickson were wonderful and in my opinion more at the romantic end of the scale (so looking forward to the next story in the trilogy A Scandalous Affair by Karen Erickson), while Introduction to Pleasure by Jenna …

I am very happy to welcome back to BLI contemporary romance author Elle Aycart, whose novels are so steamy you’ll need a fan not to burst out in flames! THE CHALLENGES OF WRITING A SERIES
I’ve never done things the easy way. Just ask my mother. I guess that’s one of the reasons it took me 22 years to become a published author. I started out writing a regency romance that took several years—only to discover …
Hi Everyone!
I’m back!! Well the vacation didn’t turn out as we have planned in several accounts: finally we didn’t get to go to Southern France but instead went to visit some breathtakingly beautiful castles in the Loire valley and the weather was grey and November-like chilly, but we still had a great time gorging on delicious French food and touring chateaux! 😀
