Today we are introducing a new feature in Book Lovers, please everyone meet our Sunday Cravings! Before anything else let me just say that: isn’t that pic make you want to eat a cupcake right about now? I have some difficulties concentrating on writing while looking at it!
Anyway, enough with me drooling over a cupcake! Sunday Cravings is all about our drooling over books! Cause like genuine Book Lovers, we’re not only lusting over delicious desserts but over some very hot new releases that are about to hit the shelves. So, basically the idea behind the Sunday Cravings post is exactly that: we pick a title that is to be published in the week to come, tell you a couple of things about it and then wait for you to share your thoughts and tell which are your own Sunday Cravings!

Welcome back to the café! I hope everyone has had a great week and will be able to find some well needed reading time over the weekend. In my part of the world, we’ve just had our first real snow fall of the year (pretty unusual in Ontario, Canada). I’m going to make this best of my time to cuddle up with a nice blanket, a cup of coffee, and a great book 😉
There were quite a few giveaways added here last week, so make sure you check them all out! Remember to let us know if you’ve won anything recently that you’ll get the chance to read now. The Book Lovers would love to hear! At Book Lovers Inc., it’s our pleasure to share the bookish love! Good luck to everyone and hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend

Welcome to this week’s news post and we have full instalment of fun links and news as well as the books to look out for the coming months!
First up, Amazon has announced that they created an ipad store which will allow readers to buy Kindle books as well browse their store and it is a way to bypass the no buy links which Apple has dictated with their new terms last year.
More Amazon news, an interesting report stated that publishers who allowed Kindle lending programme found sales of their books jump at to 26% – this has surprised Amazon who is promoting this as a huge success.
That ugly thing called Plagiarism has reared its head again and I think I mentioned in a previous post that Amazon is going to be the place where authors will find their stolen work being published by pirates as well plagiarists- it …
We are excited to welcome National Bestselling Author Virna DePaul back to BLI today! Virna is here on the next stop of her blog tour celebrating the release of Chosen By Sin, the third book in her highly acclaimed Para Ops Series. Fans of Virna’s series will know Chosen By Sin is sexy Werebeast Dex Hunt’s story & I for one can’t wait to “sink my teeth” into this one. 🙂
Virna is a very busy lady! She is a former prosecutor and multi-published author of paranormal romance and contemporary romantic suspense. In addition to her extensive Back List and Chosen By Sin, which hit the stands January 1, 2012, we can look forward to her next contemporary romantic suspense, It Started That Night coming from Harlequin in May 2012, and Shades Of Desire, will be published by HQN in June 2012.
Virna has …
Well, since this is a part two of my previous week’s wishlist post, you do well to imagine that just one post couldn’t possibly include every title I’m drooling over this year… And how could I ever include in just one post all the amazing books I can’t wait to read this year. And since it’s only January this means that I still haven’t been informed of all – scratch that – most of the upcoming releases of this year… But I’ll try to refrain myself and just let you know some more about a few other books that I just die to read!
Pure by Jennifer L. Armentrout
There is need. And then there is Fate…
Being destined to become some kind of supernatural electrical outlet isn’t exactly awesome–especially when Alexandria’s “other half” is everywhere she goes. Seth’s in her training room, outside her classes, and keeps showing up …
Hey Everyone!
Today’s discussion topic was inspired by our special author guest Stacey Kennedy and her latest release Supernaturally Kissed, which is a paranormal romance story between a breathing living heroine and a deceased ghost hero (you can read our dual review here). I was immediately intrigued by the concept of how could an author write a love story, romantic relationship between a living person and a ghost and have the readers believe in their love and happiness? We romance lovers need our hero and heroine to touch, kiss, make love, then how can an author make a romantic relationship sound satisfactory and fulfilling without any physical contact? Is it possible?
To get the answer to the above question I asked my fellow Book Lovers, curious to see whether they have read any ghost romances and if they believe that ghost romances can be just as good …
Today we welcome to Book Lovers Inc Stacey Kennedy, whose newest release Supernaturally Kissed has hit the shelves on December 5th and believe me when I say it, that this book is unlike any paranormal romance you have read! (You can read our dual review here.) Stacey is here with us today to tell us in her own words about her new release and what makes Supernaturally Kissed such a unique paranormal romance title.
So, let’s give Stacey a warm welcome! 🙂
WOOT! SUPERNATURALLY KISSED has arrived! Is it your typical urban fantasy romance read? Not likely. The hero is a ghost, which comes with a whole slew of problems including that he can’t touch the heroine.
Can’t TOUCH the heroine? How is that even possible in a romance?
I’ll tell you it took some really creative thinking on my part …
Lothaire by Kresley Cole
From the humblest of beginnings a millennia ago, Lothaire the Enemy of Old rose to power, becoming the most feared and evil vampire in the immortal world. Driven by his past, he will not rest until he captures the vampire Horde’s crown for himself. The discovery of his Bride, the female meant only for him, threatens to derail his plot.
Elizabeth Peirce is a mere mortal, a glaring vulnerability for a male with so many blood foes bent on annihilating anything he desires. Yet soon he discovers his Bride’s secret. A magnificent power dwells inside the fragile human, one that will aid his quest. But to possess that power, he will have to destroy her. Will Lothaire succumb to the torments of his past, or seize a future with her?
The Canvas Thief by P. Kirby …
Today, we’re heading back State-side to visit Wilmington, North Carolina. This lovely city, situated on the Cape Fear, has cropped up in several of Nicholas Spark’s books, including Message in a Bottle and Dear John. It was also the area in which Dawson’s Creek was filmed and is home to Screen Gems studios, which if you’re a movie fan (read: credit reader) like myself, you’ll know what that means.
Let’s take a look to see why its scenery has been such a popular location for filming…and writing about:
