Can you believe it already has been a year? We can’t really.

So what better chance for me as the Geeky Lover to talk numbers. *Muahahhaha* This year practically flew by but in retrospective we achieved a lot. We published a total of 719 posts, with 226 of them being reviews. OMG I would have never thought it would be that much but yay! We also had some authors over at here and 82 of them were tortured by our, sometimes not so easy, questions (but believe me some of them got their revenge *big sigh*). I’ve noticed a trend in paranormal romance that I’m not sure I enjoy; the tendency to make vampires lament their state of being. To fight their natural instinct to drink human blood because they think it’s morally wrong. Just look at Stefan from Vampire Diaries. Up until recently in the show, he refused to partake of human blood even though it made him weak and unable to protect his love interest properly. OMG. I thought I was the only one. I could bitch about the cover for hours b/c there are millions of things I hate about it. I think the model is the #1 thing I hate most about the cover!
