Unrepentant Blood Suckers
I’ve noticed a trend in paranormal romance that I’m not sure I enjoy; the tendency to make vampires lament their state of being. To fight their natural instinct to drink human blood because they think it’s morally wrong. Just look at Stefan from Vampire Diaries. Up until recently in the show, he refused to partake of human blood even though it made him weak and unable to protect his love interest properly. Damon, his brother, on the other hand relishes the taste and doesn’t make any bones about it. Personally, I like Damon’s …

Dashing Lord Harry Traemore is perfectly content to live out his days in the pursuit of pleasure. But when he’s named by the Prince regent as one of society’s ‘Impossible bachelors’, Harry is drafted into a ribald romantic wager. The rules of engagement are scandalously simple: the bachelor whose mistress wins the title of ‘Most Delectable Companion’ gets to remain unmarried. Harry is utterly unconcerned about his status…until his latest lightskirt abandons him. Enter Lady Molly Fairbanks. Harry’s childhood friend – actually, ‘foe’ is more like it – is the most unlikely companion of all. She’s attractive but hot-headed, and in no …
So we 2 discovered something last week and yes yes we know that we really live under a rock and all. Did you know that certain audiobooks had different covers from the print books? WE didn’t! When Caro told me we could talk about that in our cover post I was like ‘yeah very different cover. We can talk about the different Unabridged fonts’.
But I’m now aware of the fact that she was right. And yes you are allowed to write that in your calendar.
Okay so here is what we found rather interesting:
Audiobook Covers – Jeaniene Frost edition
Caroline: I think the cover of One Foot in the Grave is pretty amazing. (you should look at it in big). The cover model looks kick-ass, and she’s …

Tyger Tyger by Kersten Hamilton
Teagan Wylltson’s best friend, Abby, dreams that horrifying creatures–goblins, shape-shifters, and beings of unearthly beauty but terrible cruelty–are hunting Teagan. Abby is always coming up with crazy stuff, though, so Teagan isn’t worried. Her life isn’t in danger. In fact, it’s perfect. She’s on track for a college scholarship. She has a great job. She’s focused on school, work, and her future. No boys, no heartaches, no problems.
Until Finn Mac Cumhaill arrives. Finn’s a bit on the unearthly beautiful side himself. He has a killer accent and a knee-weakening smile. And either he’s crazy or he’s been haunting Abby’s dreams, because he’s talking about goblins, too . . . and about being The Mac Cumhaill, born to fight all goblin-kind. Finn knows a thing or two about fighting. Which is a …

What kind of woman can charm a charming rake? . . .by Lila DiPasqua
I’ve written a historical romance anthology for Berkley. It’s rather scandalous. My new release, (second in my Fiery Tales series), THE PRINCESS IN HIS BED, is a Fiery Tales collection – steamy retellings of three classic fairy tales in the one book. I love it when historical heroes are sinfully seductive bad …
