…And the results are in!
Finally in, I should say because WOW that was a lot of votes to count!!! As you can see from the picture at left, the counting volunteers were so exhausted they kept falling asleep right on top of their laptops! A round of applause goes out to our wonderful Book Lovers Inc readers for ‘Rocking the Vote!’ The response to my seemingly innocent little poll was mind-blowing. Rest assured your voices have been heard. The votes were counted and re-counted, I live in Florida and as anyone in our US readership will tell you that’s how we do it down here. =) *ahem* Not only have your votes been tallied but after reading everyone’s comments debating whether or not the Study Trilogy is really a YA series or not, I’ve done some further …

Book blurb:
Known throughout London for his prowess in the bedroom, Morgan Lyons, the 8th Earl of Westcliffe, cannot forgive an unpardonable affront to his honor. Discovering his young bride in the arms of his brother was a staggering blow–so he banished the beautiful deceiver to the country and devoted himself to the pursuit of carnal pleasure.
Claire Lyons was an innocent, frightened girl on her wedding day, seeking chaste comfort from a childhood friend. Now, years later, she has blossomed magnificently and has returned to London with one goal in mind: the seduction of her …

The year is 1929. New York is ruled by the Bright Young Things: flappers and socialites seeking thrills and chasing dreams in the anything-goes era of the Roaring Twenties.
Letty Larkspur and Cordelia Grey escaped their small Midwestern town for New York’s glittering metropolis. All Letty wants is to see her name in lights, but she quickly discovers Manhattan is filled with pretty girls who will do anything to be a star…
Cordelia is searching for the father she’s never known, a man as infamous for his wild parties as he is for his shadowy schemes. Overnight, she enters a world more thrilling and glamorous than she ever could have imagined—and more dangerous. It’s a life anyone would kill for . . . and someone will.
The only person Cordelia can trust is …

All alone, he sits in the corner of the saloon. Even as he drinks his whiskey, his eyes never leave the door. Watchful. Wary. Hard-won experience in his gaze. He talks to no one, and nobody approaches his table. When he finally puts his hat on and steps out into the night, the stories circulate. About the men he’s killed, the ice in his veins. He doesn’t …
This week will be different from our usual posts. We united for a cause. Last week the cover for Magic Slays, book 5 in the Kate Daniels series by Ilona Andrews was revealed and to say we both were underwhelmed is an understatement.
We will dedicate this post wholly to the cause of explaining in great detail why we don’t like it. Okay perhaps we should have kept the suspense a bit up but nope we can say it out loud: Us not likey!
BUT because we are huge Kate Daniels fans we will still buy it and probably hide it behind the wonderful Magic Bleeds cover. That’s a secret, so please don’t tell anyone how shallow we are about our shelves. Yes we are weird.

WORTH THE WAIT
Ella Tipton is a survivor. In the wake of an attack that left her nearly dead, she’s spent each day putting her life back together. Once vibrant and outgoing, she’s needed to reclaim the best parts of who she was while retaining the hard won lessons. There hasn’t been room for any romantic entanglements, even if she were ready. Still, it didn’t mean she had to stop sneaking looks at Mister Tall, Dark and Tattooed himself.
Security professional Andrew Copeland isn’t quite sure when his jones for the lovely and decidedly skittish Ella developed. He’s known her for years, has …
